Who do we serve?
Anyone in need, as we are able! The Bible tells us that is our purpose in this world, as believers in Jesus Christ, we are to serve others. We network with other believers in order to serve not only churches and their members but anyone in need.
Why do we serve?
Our purpose is simple. We serve because Jesus served. We believe that Jesus, the only son of God, came to earth to serve, sacrifice, and ultimately die on the cross in place of us! According to the Bible, the perfect Word of God, we sin and deserve punishment for that sin. But God loved us so much that he sent his Son, Jesus to die on the cross in place of us! We serve because Jesus came to earth, not to sit in judgment of us, but to lower himself to our sinful level, serve us, be mocked, and tortured all while serving us perfectly. Would you like to hear more? We'd love to share more of Jesus' love and the reason He came--to save us from our sins!
Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them.” (Rom. 12:6)
“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace." (1 Pet. 4:10).
